Impact crushers are mostly used as secondary crusher and it well fits for crushing numerous medium and soft mineral & rock materials. Our PS series impact crusher is developed with unique technique, adding the third chamber for crushing, therefore can greatly control the shapes of the final stone pebble. The needle-like and flake shape products can be reduced by more than 8%, while the energy consumption can be reduced by more than 40%.
Impact crusher is the ideal equipment for intermediate crushing with the compressive strength of stones/ores no more than 350Mpa. It is widely used for crushing and shaping rock/ore in mining, building materials, expressway/railway construction, metallurgy, chemistry industries,etc.
PS Impact Crusher (with crushing & shaping functions) is aim to improve the grade of finished products. Compared with normal Impact Crusher, the final products are in excellent cubic shape, needle-like and flake-like shape products can be reduced 8%, and energy consumption can be reduced 40%, especially better for processing high quality construction aggregate。
